Hi, I have a Samsung galaxy A5 2016 (A510F) and I've been notified that Samsung cloud will shut down in 2021 or something so I'm forced to move all my photos and stuff onto OneDrive. The thing is I'm having a hard time transferring them from Samsung Cloud to Microsoft OneDrive since when I open the MyFiles or Gallery app and I click on Settings then there's no option that leads me to sync with OneDrive, even though I've updated both of those apps. Also, I tried downloading the onedrive app and it won't let me log in because it says that there's no wifi connection despite me being at home and connected to my wifi. Sorry for the long rant but I figured you might need some background. Thx

Do you have a Microsoft account? Have you already tried to synchronize it with your smartphone?
I recommend you to check if the OndeDrive options, available for the recent Galaxy S20 in its official manual, are also applicable to your Galaxy A5. If not, you will need to contact Samsung Account customer service HERE.

hi there, your problem might be that the phone is to old for the latest software update
to preform the switch, ive just done mine,doing what you just said you done,but i still lost
all of my files and notes, its a joke

What is the model of your device? Is this an italian device, if you know?
Could you please explain the procedure you've done? The correct path is indicated in the guide below (in Italian):
The procedure may differ slightly depending on the version of the operating system installed.

Hi! I have exactly the same problem as AnnaGiulia on my Samsung A5 2016 while trying to move from Samsung Cloud to OneDrive, to the "no wifi connection" on OneDrive ! strange! how come ?
