Is your device currently updated to the latest available software version?
Also, have you tried to check if, by connecting the device to a different car, it is connecting correctly?
You can quickly check for a software update by proceeding as follows:

- Software Updates.
First of all, considering the type of problem, I suggest you to proceed with a backup of all your data and a reset of the device to factory data, so as to rule out any software conflicts that may cause the anomaly.
