Problem with generative ai

While trying to remove objects with the AI generative I get the couldn't fill image error

Generative AI needs Internet to work properly.

Also it's better to doit incrementally instead of all at one go.

And depends on what's going on in your photo.

Best to give it a couple of different tries.

I've tried with WiFi and mobile data multiple times and I've accepted new terms and conditions too.

Idk what else to do

It still shows the same error 

It's nothing really just want to remove an emoji from the picture

To remove stuff Try the object eraser or lasso.
