Z flip 3 silicone phone case ripping

hello my samsung z flip 3 silicone case with strap torn apart it hasnt been droped it has just started to come off the case it looks horrible please look at attached photos this all has happend over normal use.

Is that a genuine accessory bought or supplied with your phone directly from Samsung?

Yea I bought it brand new from Samsung uk

that doesn't look right to me and I would recommend you to contact our Online Shop colleagues on 0330 726 7467 to get this looked at. Their lines are open Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 10 pm.
