Hello all, I have recently purchased a Samsung galaxy s20 fe and I have claimed to xbox gift. I have received my xbox controller through the mail almost a week ago but I am yet to get my xbox game pass ultimate subscription. Is anyone else having this issue and does anyone know if this is normal or if something has gone wrong. Thankyou.

I had the same issue, when I called Samsung, they advised that they we're having issues receiving these from Microsoft but I have since received my code

It might be worth signing up for the Xbox Ultimate Pass in the meanwhile and cancel reoccurring billing as it's only £1 for the first month then when you receive the code, use it after

still haven't received the controller or the code its been almost 2 months. anyone know who to contact
