am trying for claim them but it looks like they made it really hard because they don't really want to give them away

mine says claim thro the Samsung members app but their is nothing on it ???

you had to purchase by the 04/08 but then you have to claim within 30 to 60 days from date of purchase

I've claimed mine today (30days since purchased phone) by going on https://20202.samsungpromotions.claims/o2summer. it says on the leaflet that thats how business claimants get theres but you get the option of if its for personal or business claim anyway. couldn't find where to claim anywhere on Samsung members so used this way and claims been put in. hope it helps
