Wireless Charger Warranty Registration

Hi,

Does anyone know how to register a wireless charger on Samsung's site? They don't have a category for chargers and trying the serial in other categories doesn't work. I tried using their online chat and the first agent couldn't help and redirected me to technical, which gave an automated message saying they were busy and closed the chat.

You don't need to register one.

You can do it through the members app, just go to support and then register

Yeah it didn't work for me either. Whether I entered it on the site or did it through Members

@HolyDiver936: Please be assured that registration of your Samsung devices is not required in order to activate the warranty, as this happens automatically on the date of purchase. For separately purchased accessories such as wireless chargers, the warranty lies with the retailer. I hope this helps.
