Why my galaxy buds won't connect to app

Ok so, my galaxy buds live won't connect to the app and in one part it says that it's connected and in another part of the app it says that is not help here it says that it's connected:https://ibb.co/0XdBdRy her it says that it's not connected:https://ibb.co/Pgy5DnZ pls help how to fix this p.s i tried everything i could think of
Tried to disconnect and reconnect the earbuds
reset earbuds
restart phone
clear cache and data of galaxy wearables app
tried to update the app(it was latest version) the only thing that i coudn't do it's update the firmware of the buds because since the only way to update it's via app and the app it's not working i had no way of updating the buds(and the galaxy buds manager app for computer does not support galaxy buds live) so yeah now i'm stuck with a bunch of earbuds that work more like a 30£ earbuds than 160£ of earbuds help if anyone wants to contact me for a fix here is my discord:soumik007#3167

I too am having the same problem. I contacted help through this app and they are working on it.

Mine have stopped connecting too. I have tired all sorts to get them to reconnect but no joy. Anyone got any tips?

Would Samsung replace them as they are less than a year old?

I Had the same problem BUT NOW ITS WORKING. THE CASE NEEDS A GOOD CHARGE I CHARGED IT UP AND TRIED TO CONNECT IT ON ANOTHER SAMSUNG IT FOUND THE DEVICE STRAIGHT AWAY. GIVE IT A GOOD CHARGE
