Before or after expiration date?

Should service include being given the runaround? If fact I may even need convincing to continue to buy from these guys, wow!

Sad to hear you feel this way, @Boogiewoogi. Is there anything we can help you with?

Hi Chris, I am doubtful unless you have the power to overturn a "department manager's" decision. The Samsung shop/tech Dept seem to have a different concept to the meaning of "cooling off period " Vs a warranty cover when a product develops a fault within its warranty period. I got various excuses from different parties when I phoned up to report the issue and spent in excess of 2 hours in phone calls being put on hold while head scratching took place. See my review re: AKG N700NC headphones, last years model as a result. What I am being told does NOT match the so called "Terms and conditions"! So.......
