sounds like your battery is low, hence the watch is now in power-saving mode. if you have charged the watch up, then have a look at the settings in Galaxy Wearable. you will probably find that, under the display settings, you have toggled a switch that activates power-saving mode, irrespective of how much remaining charge is in your watch battery.
