Last night I was transferring my photos and videos from my phone to my sd card to make space. Everything was fine until suddenly this little message appears very briefly saying something about unable to move photos not synched to samsung cloud. Cant give complete message because it doesn't stay on the screen long enough for me to read it properly. I would appreciate some help

I'm sorry but i don't quite understand. How do you sync the files to the computer? As for Samsung Assistant tool, where do you found this tool? I searched my phone but I didn't found that kind of tool anywhere. Thankyou.
