One of the keys on my keyboard is really sticky to press compared to the others, as though something is stuck behind it.
Are the keys removable?
I've tried contacting the online chat support many times but they always tell me that they will transfer me to the people that can help with repairs then they just leave the chat and nothing happens. Its really bugging me and I want to sort it before the product warranty runs out.
