Tab S6->Samsung LC49RG90SSUXEN, UWQHD (3440x1400) resolution option grayed out

Hi everyone,

This is my setup:

• Samsung LC49RG90SSUXEN
• UGREEN USB C Hub, 9 in 1 Type C Hub with 4K Hdmi
• Samsung Tab S6
• Dock connected to monitor via Hdmi cable that was supplied with monitor
• Samsung Tab S6 original charger used to plug into dock

In Samsung Dex Resolution settings, the option to use UWQHD (3440X1400) and WQXGA (2560x1600) are grayed out. I want to use UWQHD. According to Samsung Dex website, I can use any hub to connect my monitor to my tablet, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

If anyone has any advice on what the issue is, please let me know.
