An update to Smart Switch was offered to version 4.3.22044_1. This is allegedly faster more efficient code. When trying to sync with S10 phone, Smart Switch repeatedly crashes on the PC while doing a resync on calendar appointments. It crashes at the 99% completed point. The PC is Windows 10 and more than meets the minimum requirements for hardware. I followed the steps to uninstall, reinstall, reboot, both PC and phone, none of which made any difference. I went to https://www.filehorse.com/download-samsung-smart-switch/ and downloaded and installed version 4.2.22032.14 and that fixed the problem i.e. I had switched back to the previous version.
