Having just bought the Samsung 15 watt wireless fast charger for my galaxy note 10 +....it is quick and efficient, but I cannot get the control of the fan and led function to work.....no mention anywhere of software downloads or what to do in the manual ... I've checked that my phone is up to date and the one IU version is 2.1 What have I missed? or where have I gone wrong ...anyone out there help ??.

@Delboy45: If you go to Settings > Device Care > Battery > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Fast Wireless Charging, and tap on this, does it take you to another screen with 'Turn Off As Scheduled' as an option? If so, set a schedule to disable wireless charging, to reduce fan noise and reduce light from LEDs.

No it doesn't take me to another screen so I don't have that option....it is supposed to come up with the options when phone is docked.
