Lost all contacts in my car phone device from my Samsung S8 tried redownloading but won't do that either.

Sorry, it's not clear if your phone or car has lost the contacts. If it's the car, clear data, forget the connection and try to set up again.

Where are your contacts stored? It should be the phone for sync to work.

That could be the problem then mine are in the sim card, I'll try that ,thanks for your help👍
