Samsung S20 FE no earphones!

I am gutted that Samsung doesnt send earphones with a new purchase.

I switched from Apple products to Samsung as I still believe they have the best quality hardware and durabilty on phones. So when I pay the price I expect to get rewarded with the common accesories like earphones.

I have upgraded from a Samsung S7 to S20 FE and was left very dissapointed not being able to use my old headphones on the new phone as it comes with USB-C only. I have to run without music until I can find a compatible device.

Not great Samsung! 

Can you explain why we dont get earphones anymore?

You are right even the cheapest phone has headphones. It's promotion that increases their sale to offer a watch this should in no way affect us as customers. They can't justify not including the earphones if anything their business is benefiting more as we have to cash out for head phones

This is such a disappointment. I didn't read so carefully when bought the "Fan Edition" model... But now when I realise how much that was put out the prize the phone came with wasn't near anything worth it!

What a STUPID choice to cut out this earphone support... how can any sane person count that as unnecessary hardware?? 

I feel such a fool for buying that "Fan Edition" *****. What fan? We want to be able to use earphones. And the phone wasnt anywhere near cheap at all.
