Hi i have a Interphone Avant BT headsets which have stopped responding to receiveng or making calls and listening to phone music ,I have updated unpaired-repaired,erased,and been onto Interphone to get an earlier update patch,when there connected the toggle switch is on for audio and calls but when i recieve a call it goes straight to phone>My question is ,Does Samsung block calls and audio via Knox and if so is there a way to enable it as i have a feeling that it could be that,even tho i have tried brand new A20e and S20 ultra.theres nothing, I dont want to return the headsets as that could take 4 weeks and we have rides planed soon ,,, Any help all apreciated

Have you tried connecting the phone to a different set of Blutooth headphones, to see if you have the same issue?
