I have my code for the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 and on my o2 app were I got my Samsung galaxy A34 5G phone contract I've failed to get the Buds2 using the code i was given in a text message. I rang o2 they told me to get them using the code on the Samsung members app and still the code keeps saying invalid. Please can anyone help me please?.

You might've wrote the code wrong eg.
Capital letters, Letters, Numbers .etc
If this is not the case contact customer service they always know what to do. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Out of interest, how long ago did you purchase your phone?. I purchased my S23 Ultra over 40 odd days ago, and still haven't received my buds code! ☹️

25 days ago now and didn't get my code via text 19th May. Just been on phone with o2 talked to them regarding my problem once again and they said will be given a new code soon

Wasn't 02's code for use on 02's website store, you put the buds 2 in the shopping basket then at the payment stage of checkout you Input the code and it reduces the cost to £0.00
