Received my galaxy buds+ when I got my S20+, haven't really needed them untill now, to see that they don't work, tried the case on and off manual pairing ( put in ears, tap and tap and hold) nothing. Is there anything else I can do or just bin them?
Might sound silly but are they charged? If you haven't used them at all they might need charging possibly overnight. Have similar problem with speakers, nearly landed in the bin but I've left it plugged in overnight and it worked the trick. Hope that will solve your problem too.
Hi Lukasz, Thanks for the reply, they had been charging for a couple of hours. The weirdest thing is... My wife's S20+ would recognise them.... But not on my phone so we ended up just swapping the buds...
