Hi, it's a mini rubber tip stylus pen & the other plastic tip at the other end is meant to be put in the headphone jack hole.

Looks like a mini stylus you'd use on a phones touch screen rather than your finger.

Thank you that's what I thought it was . I have samsung s21 ultra will have to try it. Even tho I have a pen for mine lol
