Just for quick test I connected my monitor HDMI to the DEX and a well working Samsung fast charge adapter to the DEX.
When I put the S21 in it does not give a charging icon or any response that something has been inserted. USB port works very well. Phone has been factory reset even and still did nothing.
That is why I waited so long before contacting but now that I did everything I could I wonder what is wrong and is there a chance Samsung can repair the DEX?
