I registered for Samsung Care + on the 2nd of February and ordered the Samsung buds and smart tag. Samsung has asked us to verify our purchase which we have done. On the 3rd of March Samsung came back to us and told it has been verified. And they told us it will take 14 working days for me to get these items. It now has been longer than 14 days and I still have not received these buds. Samsung is not giving me a straight answer in this. I finally phoned a Samsung store and they now informed me that there is no stock. I need some urgent assistance with this matter. Thank you
