No worries. For more options, please call our Customer Services on: 0330 726 7864 (Monday to Saturday | 9am to 6pm). Also, have your IMEI and serial number to hand. To find these, head to:

 

  1. Tap Apps.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap More.
  4. Tap About device.
  5. Status.

 

The IMEI will start with the numbers '35' and the serial number will start with the letter 'R'.
