Hi I have an s7 edge and want to purchase an sd card 

 

My question is can damage be done if a reasonably priced 32 gig card do damage to your device than a top dollar one thanks

No it shouldn't damage anything.

However budget Sd cards imo can be prone to crashing.

But the better speed Sd card you purchase the better / faster it'll work when moving content. Some also say a lesser spec Sd card can make the phone a little laggy due to speed specs.

My advice is to buy the best spec Sd card you can afford.

I use SanDisk Sd cards.
