Anyone else noticed when plugging in USB headphone dongle the volume is REALLY low, its that low I can still hear my wife typing on her keyboard, I thought Sony was bad but this is ridiculously low....
Thank you so much for your patience Peter and as I have checked here on our end due to the compatibility issue the reason the headphones you are trying to use on your new device has lower volume as the headphones may not meet the device software as compare to the s10 device has a lower software compare to your new device the reason the headphones is louder when connected to your s10 device as they may compatible through software. this will apply to all USB headphones type C or with USB Headphones Dongle... is there anything else I can help you with
