@tris: Sorry to hear you've run into some issues with your claim. Generally the Promotions Team require an invoice or receipt as valid proof of purchase rather than an order confirmation. With this in mind, if you don't have access to the above, I recommend reaching out to Onecom to see if they're able to to send one over to you. For reference, valid proof of purchase should contain the retailer logo, the amount paid, reference to the Galaxy S21 Ultra and the date of purchase. I hope this helps.
