S21 free add ons/accessories

I have upgraded via ee from an s10e to an s21 and told I can claim free buds and smart key ring through Samsung. Anyone know how to do this ?

Hey @TracyHails, hope you're enjoying your new phone! You can put your claim in on your S21 by heading to the Samsung Members app > Benefits > Tap the promotion and fill in your details. Alternatively, you can put it on on this website: https://2021.samsungpromotions.claims/s21gift/en-GB

This is what samsung say... The Galaxy S21 series does not have earphones or a charger plug in the box because Samsung wants to minimise the impact our products have on the environment, they typically expect you to already have a plug, it would be nice to have a opt in option if you don't already have one, typically they followed apple so now we have to pay additional amount to purchase one.

Ridiculous when you are expected to recycle or pass on/sell your old phone. Crazy.

Because Samsung are trying to cut down on extra stuff in the box that you probably would already have ie A charger the cable in the box is included for the transfer of data from your old device to your new one
