S20 LED smart cover, can't get it working...

Hi all. I bought this cover for my phone, as it looked really pretty. Wasn't cheap, so thought it would be fab. 

It's probably me and my non gadgetty brain, but I just can't seem to get the settings set up right. 

Any idea how I get it to twinkle when I get a notification? I only seem to be able to get it to either flash permanently or not at all. 🤔

Try taking the Cover out of the phone, turn off NFC, reboot the phone, turn on NFC and then try the phone in the case again.

Hello,

Did anyone find a fix for this? I spoke to someone today and they were little help. 

My cover has worked since I got it 9 months ago with no issues and after an update yesterday my cover is no longer working, not available in the setting and the app for the LED editor won't open.

I try all the usual trick above and beyond what they said to no avail.

Thank you so much for this just had my phone repaired so everything was wiped when I got it back the case wouldn't work never used NFC on it before so would never have guessed - all fixed now thank you!

Mine just randomly started working again and not had a problem since.
