I orderd a case 3 weeks ago of samsung store iv still not recieved it iv called sevrel times now to get this resolved they keep saying the will call me back not had one call of them or a refund this is getting a joke no. Said take 5 days to investigate lol its now been 10 days anyone have any ideas what i can fo to resolve this
