Pre ordered a GW Active 2 - free charger offer (CLAIM NOW) button links to the wrong page - so its not claimable

I preordered a GW Avtive 2

It offered a pre order free dual charger but...

The (CLAIM NOW) button goes to a completely wrong place

it take you to ...

which is a claim a watch if you buy a phone.... 

This is totaly wrong and means i cant claim my pre order dual charger

Yep, we've just spotted that one too - and have let the relevant team know.

BTW they fixed the web site direct link now (in the last 10 mins) BUT.....................

Next problem is its asking for a serial numbr of an "un-released" "pre-ordered" product... (quote)

"You can find the serial number on your proof of pre-order"

Neither my account pre-order information NOR the pre-order purchase confirmational email has this information

It seems to be incorrectly asking for somethign we dont have untill we get our watches...

Thus makeing pre-order claim now concept broken and invalid - we must wait till we get the watch to pre order claim now our chargers... phew! :¬)

I have been trying to find how to claim this too. I was told on a chat link to smasung that I could find the.link on the Samsung members page under benefits but its not there. I clicked on both links above and they both say page not found. help please
