Powerbank EB-U1200 not working

I hadn't used my powerbank for some months, and now I'm on the road with a non-working unit...

When I plug it to the wall for charging, the four status lights blinks twice before they go off. Then one of them keeps blinking as long as it's plugged. Even plugged for hours, it's still one of them blinking. This happens with different power adapters, and also when connecting to the computer for charging.

When trying to charge my phone, GPS or something from it, nothing happens.

I would assume those blinking lights are signalizing something, but I cannot find even the most basic manual for this unit online. Any suggestions?

Sounds like it's broken, I wonder if it's still covered by warranty? (Under 2 years old?)

If yes, I would recommend to submit it to the warranty services.

They have some electrical waste collection here, so hopefully this crappy thing Samsung shipped half the way around the globe didn’t do too much bad for the environment.

Mine is doing the same thing.   Ugh!
