I have been trying to claim my Dex unit from Samsung using my note 8 since receiving it and I have had nothing but grief. I have been using an image of my invoice as proof of purchase but when I try sending it my emails get constantly rejected. The latest was that file is too large.
I do not have a computer so cannot convert to jpeg. Please help. Samsung customer service are disgraceful.

Try downloading the App called Aviary.
Then launch it and find the picture and crop it etc to see if that helps with file size @Andyg69
