I'm trying to claim my free Dex station but need an invoice to do so.
I got my phone direct from Samsung UK but all I've go is a Delivery Note. I've checked my emails but all they've sent me is a confirmation of pre-order and dispatch.
Any advice please as it seems customer surport is closed on Sunday!

Sorry, scrap my previous reply, it has taken me days and days and email after email to different Samsung departments who have constantly fobbed me off telling me to contact my retailer for an invoice. I told them relentlessly that Samsung themselves were the retailer I purchased from but the retards only sent me my invoice after I threatened to return my phone!!! ***** *****s! Cracking phone but Samsung aftercare is *****!!!
