Hi I've just upgraded my Samsung Galaxy S9 for the S20 which arrived yesterday. However there was no earphones in the box. I was speaking with an operative of my network who was trying to tell me that Samsung and Apple are no longer supplying earphones with their devices, which doesn't sound right to me. I have put in a complaint and a new device is being shipped out to me.
I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this.
I mean it's a phone with a listening device and the ability to play music, so how are customers expected to properly use the device without spending more on earphones? Is this meant to be a push to force customers to buy to Buds Live?
