Hi In February I won a free SmartTag from the Samsung People Live Event, I have waited a very long time and thought I wasn’t going to receive it. Last Tuesday I got an email from DPD and in the senders reference it said “SMART TAG WINNER”, the next day when it was supposed to be delivered I got another email to say it had been delayed and it would be resolved in 24 hours. A few days later I still hadn’t received it so on Sunday I messaged them on Twitter and they said to contact them via a number they provided, every time I got through to someone they immediately hung up on me. So I’m a little stuck on what to do.
If anyone has any advice please help?
