I bought the new s21 ultra and took part of the deal with included tag and earbuds... I got the tag but the earbuds are missing.. I have been mailing, calling and chatting multiple times without a single response.. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
How do I reach out? Who will solve this?
