Missing earbuds

I bought the new s21 ultra and took part of the deal with included tag and earbuds... I got the tag but the earbuds are missing.. I have been mailing, calling and chatting multiple times without a single response.. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

How do I reach out? Who will solve this?

yeah same apart from not receiving anything yet said there was a problem with Samsung i was told ,and said wait to be notified

Try the Helpdesk@samsungrecycle.co.uk send them an email with the order number and they will be able to help and advise better!
