Left bud's sound can be barely heard(galaxy buds+)

It just randomly started doing this today. The sound can be barely heard at max volume. I tried cleaning them, reseting, checking for updates, changing volume settings... Nothing worked. I've had them since launch week and had barely any problems. I have the warranty, but I'm not sure if it's still usable since I swapped out my case with a standard buds case since I lost the case I got with the buds. Did anyone have a similar problem and how did you fix it?
