How do I claim as claim is shut on the samsund website

Bought a z3 flip from retailer how doninclaim my new watch as I can not find nothing on this app. As I say Web site states claim closed

First place to go is the retailer. Could be a retailer offer not a Samsung one. The retailer should be able to provide the details you need to claim.
Usually you can't claim before the 2 weeks or month after purchase.
But the retailer will have that information
