Hello, I recently bought a Smart Tag 2 to put on my bike. I went around town and was great time but when I checked the live view while I was on my bike it showed I was 3 miles away after even refreshing. When when I'm home with the bike parked and outside it thinks that I am in a river 2 miles away from my house. The location history isn't good either When I was riding around the time I went to a store it said I was 4 miles away at a random house when I had the bike with me. I made sure I still had the tracker and I did. Sometimes it will get the location correct when I am at my house but not when I am out actually riding the bike. How can I fix this problem because I'm about to return the product cause what would happen if my bike was actually stolen? It would update the location to random spots and I would lose my bike? Please help!

On a related note, why does "location history" only show a single location even when the tag has been picked up in multiple locations in the ame day?

SmartTag developed in a country with well designed mobile networks means their coders assumed a phone picking up a tag would have instant mobile data to send the GPS coordinates. However, if there's no mobile data at that location, the phone waits until it has a connection and only then gets its location and sends it to the cloud. So it finds your tag, then finally connects to the web 10 mins later 3 miles away and that's where your device will be tagged. Try leaving your tag, turning mobile and WiFi off, then move half a mile away then turn your data on, well away from your tag, and that location will be recorded. Been able to replicate this... Pretty impressively poor logic.
