@buz: Please be aware that you will need the GoPro Quik app, available from the Google Play Store, and your phone or tablet will need to be connected to both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth via Settings > Connections. I've had a look into this for you, and was able to find the following guide on the GoPro support site. Please click on the link below, and scroll down to GoPro Hero 4, and follow the steps to connect the camera to the app.
