Galaxybuds+ Claim Issue

Hi there, I pre-ordered my samsung galaxy s20 plus awhile back and now I am trying to claim my earbuds. I am trying to go through this app as directed but unfortunately I keep getting a message saying " you are not eligible for this event" "check conditions". I meet the criteria so? Can anyone help? TIA
