received mine this week but won't bloody work. When using charge lead that came in the box I get no lights at all and when using alternative Samsung chargers I get lights showing incorrect charger being used. Did you have any issues please?

Hi Mark,
I didn't had any issue. I used the mobile charger with it and it wasn't working and then i used the charger came with it and it worked straight away and still don't have any issue.

That's good then, cheers for letting me know. Really frustrated with mine as pretty useless atm and trying to get some form of support is proving extremely difficult.
