How do I apply for the promotion, I purchased the phone mid June, I have 60 days to apply but the link has disappeared from the vodafone site and now says I have to go through the members app but I can't see how

Here in the UK, it was via Vodafone but the link has gone now as its a different promo but I should still be valid as I purchased my phone 16 of June
