Hey all,
Recently I used my Galaxy Watch Active 2 to go swimming in shallow waters (which was at sea of up to 1.4 meters, however the watch was at 40cm below the surface level of the water), which lasted ½ an hour to around 45 minutes. As a result of this, my watch is not turning on and is stuck in the reboot phase. On the Samsung website, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 could go up to 50 metres below the surface level of water. Please could I get help, if there is any.

that certification is for fresh water only. It's not possible for it to be resistant to seawater, and either way water damage is something not covered by warranty.
