Galaxy Smart Tagg

How Do I get my galaxy smart tag to contact to my my app/or phone. I've press the button in the middle till it beeped, plus iv also keeped my fingers keep pressing it still nothing. Iv changed the battery on it still not connect in to my phone and its a Samsung phone also. Need help 😫

I believe you have downloaded smarthings app.

As you can add it from there.

@NicNokJ: That's right. If you open the Smartthings app on your phone, then press the middle button on the SmartTag, the tag will activate and make a sound. Following this, a window will appear on your phone's screen, with the option to 'Add Now'. Tap on this option, then follow the on screen instructions to complete the connection.
