Galaxy s6 edge pluse turned off now it won't charge at all and logo keeps coming on and then goes off

Hi @Jundun

 

You could try another charger cable and brick and look onto the charging port to ensure no build up of lint etc has occurred. 

 

If the charging port is clean and you know the charging cable and brick are fine then as a last resort you could try a Hard Reset although be aware this takes the phone back to the last firmware update so your info is lost. 

 

Samsung-g925f-galaxy-s6-edge/hardreset/first-method.

If this fails to help then as long as the phone hasn't been dropped or water has not got into it tripping the moisture sensors then a Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Store will be able to help. 

 

Other options are Home Contents Insurance and some Banks offer mobile phone cover as a perk of the account. 

 

T&C's and excess fee's would most likely apply.
