Galaxy Note 9 S Pen

I've had my phone for less than 6 months as I got the phone for ability to use a stylus for when I am in meetings and attending training sessions but I have recently noticed that my S Pen will not connect, reset.. I have followed every instruction may it be either from advice from this site, youtube videos ect.. but I'm still getting no joy.. Im not forking out for something that has clearly not passed the QC tests when being in the factory!! Is there any Information on whom I should contact
