Galaxy Buds Static

I bought the Galaxy Buds and when any sound is playing, there is white noise/static in the background. My ambient noise is off and it is only when sounds are playing. Is there anything that could fix this?

I did all the steps as well and still get static.

I'm running Samsung  Note10+, Galaxy buds +.

It's the left side bud with a static sound. It has been dropped from waist high onto concrete but worked fine afterward. A week after that static began. Tried Bluetooth change over from ACC, reset. and left side battery drain. Something has to work in order to fix this. I hate to drop $200 for a new pair.
